if canada actually joins the eu i do insist they rename their currency the eurodollar (in an ideal world tie them together value-wise. ya know a eurodollar is permanently fixed at .70 euros similarly to how american customary units were redefined using metric ones)

so like... the eurodollar lives but is transferred under the authority of the european central bank. i suppose

probably not happening tho. anglos are too proud and invested in currency speculation to adopt a unified one
