i guess that actually captures the ps1 spirit of the game where you have to use your resources carefully and run through the halls instead of killing everything or else you might die yourself and start back at your last save 15 minutes ago.
i found that re4r was a lot easier, less scarier, bit more overwhelming with needing to worry about ashley but still like, less of a horror game than re2r is.
