hate dealing with 30 pin (slowness+connector), syncing to separate device, making accomodation for rockbox to display shit properly, and my anc bt headphones don't work on it with the classic connect
if the idea is to have your library everywhere then flash drive is just better. the Real solution is actually an SD card inside your phone but the west has fallen and no manufacturer does that anymore
@autumn have you considered using like a sandisk sansa instead? they seem like much less of a hassle (they just show up as a flash drive when you connect em via usb)
@autumn idk for me they seem fairly convenient the main problem is just that my computer is positioned horribly for plugging anything into it i hate tower pcs i hate em
@autumn i promise the cardboard panels are temporary for getting a perspective on the scale i will replace them with probably like aluminum brackets and acrylic eventually
@coolbean and then have to carry around all that eee i want like a tiny type c flash drive with Everything on it, ive got type c on basically everything so it shouldn't be adapter city but ill prob still get one in case lol
i just wouldnt be using both my phone and a music player to listen to music. id pick my lane because most phones dont have 3.5mm jacks anymore anyway and i refuse to deal with battery-driven headphones
