ok so upgraded computer works

um
still can't get at the m.2 slot to put in my nvme so i'm on my arch install atm

turns out it's a known issue with this motherboard that the screw is completely stuck in

@oli oh god are you able to get it out or is your m.2 trapped there? the same thing happened on my framework laptop where i screwed the nvme in too much and the screw is stripped now
