@autumn i mean, you can muck around with the database manually if you want but direct imports aren't a thing yet

@autumn gotosocial has an interesting way of doing this where they just let you backdate posts on creation time and leave the actual importing onto other people's code.

in theory implementing it like this wouldn't be that hard
