@monkey@sterophonick they dont like that you have to constantly travel between the islands, which was valid on the gc version because you had to move the wind in the directions but on the wii u remake its awesome
@autumn@sterophonick I've only played the original and just lived with it. Idk I love the island mechanic and being out in the open sea, I thought it was badass and made sense for having vastly different types of ecosystems being separated out. The only thing I didn't like was being railroaded when you finally get to Hyrule, but that's just my millennial nostalgia for OOT coming in.
@monkey@sterophonick i think they just took oot and scaled it up massively and within the limitations of the system which i really like, it feels a lot large than games at the time, even by modern standards it holds up well
