PLEASE anyone help me out i wanna run external roms on a switch lite but all i can find are hallucinated ai slop articles , is this doable ? how so ?

@fiore the only way to homebrew a switch lite seems to be via a modchip, a software exploit hasn't been found so you'd need to get it sent off to someone (or do it yourself if you're experienced) to get it soldered on. after that you can load "backups" onto it

@fiore yeah it's unfortunate :( i really thought there would be one for the higher firmwares but 4.1.0 is the last version and that's Ancient

@fiore yeah that's what im thinking! for the 3DS it felt completely different like they were chasing homebrew with firmware updates but i would have thought there would be SOMETHING found later on

@fiore yeah it would've been great, with me i managed to snag a really really beat up original model for £150 a few years ago and then slowly fixed it as i got more cash lol but it's a real pain to do that like needing to go and get serial numbers and stuff
