are the animations on my laptop slow because it's underpowered or is my brain so used to using displays above 60hz (but not above 90 lmao) that 60 looks like shit

@karebu i think it might be a thermal issue with my laptop too lmfao, theres a person who has very similar CPU that isn't experiencing the same issue so i might try repaste when im back home because i remember it being smoother when i first got the laptop but just choked it up to "GNOME has had a few updates since then"
