re: guess@skye as in they were placed in a previous version and then brought forward so they're able to overlap. but like i said they're the new paintings so idk if that's the case. it could also be that they were placed in some sort of glitched out way that usually makes them break after a bit but the screenshot was managed to be taken within a slice where they were overlapping, similar to the selecting one item in the hotbar and displaying another in your hand
