if it's a trend then it's sad, if it's a new feature then ??? we've had image generation for years now, even open source models from when the AI bubble blew up were capable of making something "Studio Ghibli style" like there's nothing new here.

and also AI image gen is just awful tech in general, i've only really seen it to save cost and produce slop content for ig reels
