kino 2 (gta 5 enhanced) has the same issues launching on my pc has kino 1 we're back it's like they didnt even update the game .

there's a black screen with a dark grey bar that's stationary this is definitely some shader thing but i wish they made it more obvious what it is because i can't tell if the game is fucking frozen or not
