@authen create a key with ssh-keygen then ssh-copy-id user@ip and then you dont need to use the passwird

@autumn alternatively, you could cat the pubkey directly into some file in your .ssh directory on the server, don't remember which file but that's useful to know when you are trying to get other people on you are server

PasswordAuthentication is sometimes uncommented out and put as yes so search for that before putting that first line in your config
