i also have 2 vscodium desktop entries and i have no idea how to get rid of the one thats made with the app because i assume it's gonna be regenerated every time i rebuild my system?
i had to make another desktop entry for vscodium with xdg.desktopEntries in home-manager and i wonder what happens if i build this config on macOS now, does it just Do Nothing 😭
the only reason i know they have a mastodon is because i literally just vibe checked it 5 minutes ago to see if it was made by some evil horrible transphobe and it seems all in check and good
the issue with configuring desktops is that im a lazy bum and also need to have a video playing on the 2nd monitor like an ipad baby and having a desktop where i have no idea how to summon a window is rough
@fiore its been a while since i tried out twms and honestly last time i stopped because there was stuff that gnome provides like power management that i didn't even want to bother with setting up but on NixOS (mark of beast) itll probably be a case of setting a few options
okay but how funny would it be if you walk into a cinema and the minecraft movie was just a guy behind the projector playing mc story mode for 6 hours and fucking up all the QTEs
like only now things are starting to get interesting from the ryzen stuff and handheld gaming but like back then a lot of kids would have probably appreciated that.
then again i think that was responsible for the popularity in gmod and tf2 since those ran on a banana taped to a calculator.
