i run the command expecting to wait a bit and then i already hear the hard drives in my server screaming, and i check syncthing and there's almost 25gb of changed files 😭
i might switch back to the 7 segment clock i was using before but i'm liking the new looook i'm using the same colour scheme because it's just my favourite one.
those were good ass days, i can't even remember all the roms i went through but i know that the phone only started getting slow after with android 9, 8 ran amazing on it (for ref it only officially got up to android 6 because back then it was standard practise to support a phone for 4 seconds after it left the factory)
there's no better image to describe my old oneplus 2 than the like it was RUN through, the buttons were missing from the sides and i literally installed every single custom ROM that was on xda developers back then
like i used to see the grapheneOS account manager crash out over seedvault a bunch of times and think "yeah its rough but it works when things haven't been fucked with" No. It just Doesn't Work most times.
reminder if you're using some sort of degoogled ROM or even LineageOS to check if your seedvault backups work because i just did a brand new one with a new code and EVERYTHING and it just failed to restore.
okay it's actually not as bad, i have a burner google account that has all my installed apps on there so that's all the proprietary stuff, and i've been good about adding everything to obtainium so that's crisis averted. but god damn i wish seedvault would've just worked.
