sometimes i throw my homunculus as hard as i can at the wall and make him into a beige stain until his flesh reconfigures and goes back to normal , he screams as if he loves it but i know the nerve endings are fried, i did that myself
just made my first homunculus and he looked at me with his little beady eyes as if the 8 brain tissue cells i gave him had any understanding of the love and fear needed to look at me like that. then he began to mutter but my ass forgot the vocal chords #oops
@tisanae my one were used in a server at my dad's work, 2 years 9 months when i got them. they were manufactured in 2013 and i initially got them in 2016, my dad literally brought back a batch because it was from a decommissioned server lmao, i think i still have a few lying around as spares at my old house and i only ended up taking one. only 2 have failed on me yet, and surprisingly they weren't even the ones with the largest power on time.
400 nits is my minimum since i had the framework laptop and i could use that display outside (in light mode only), 500 nits would be better but atp i'll probably be shelling out way more than is worth
