@ShadowJonathan@ada it means if there's a mod or a fix or a conversion of a game that requires a previous version of a game (for example Fallout London) you cannot play it on steam anymore.
the fucked up fallout modding domino effect where bethesda release a next-gen update that breaks most mods that had worked for 7 years up until that point, and now Steam has stopped allowing you to downgrade the version and you can't play community made conversions like Fallout London. jesus christ
@ipg okay so the only way for this mod (or any other good mods that aren't being updated) is actually be played now is to either buy the base game on GOG or just pirating the game.
@ipg oh fuck. fallout 4 better not be impacted, downgrading to the pre-"next gen update" version is essential if you wanna get the old mods working, and especially true if you wanna get Fallout London.
