@julia there are more powerful ARM sbcs around now like RockPi (for the price), i'm not sure about support though i think that's what rpi does best tbh. but a lot of the alternatives too for self-hosting stuff are old used 1L x86 thin clients that are around the same price or cheaper, and don't have a ton of power draw either

i hate to think that the mac mini would become the aarch64 runner/builder for my infrastructure because i really think it deserves better, but honestly i won't use it for that unless i've got another mac, also at that point i would just Host it on the mac mini tbh

the way services work is that you define the service you want by giving it a name and then there are nix options that you edit to let it do what you need, looks like it's the same for units.

@halva that's crazy because in the UK it does have a state holiday attached with days off of work but i don't think anyone British celebrates it in a "traditional" way other than maybe buying chocolate easter eggs and gathering the family/friends round

@halva i didn't know russians didn't celebrate christmas that's so interesting considering that former soviet union (specifically lithuania is the one i know about lol) do celebrate christmas, is it the difference between catholics & orthodox christians?
