idk if growing up playing games on PC is a blessing or a curse because on one hand I probably won't need to deal with scarce original hardware, modding for HDMI, emulator compatibility. on the other hand i would probably need to deal with compat in general with different windows versions, VMs etc.
if it's a trend then it's sad, if it's a new feature then ??? we've had image generation for years now, even open source models from when the AI bubble blew up were capable of making something "Studio Ghibli style" like there's nothing new here.
@monkey i think its a good mix between an open world and a classic linear zelda like skyward sword, like you can go to an island and do side quests and stuff but the main game is the story and it'll take you all over the place. its sooo cool
@monkey i did a playthrough a few months ago and i think i finished it within a few days because i just enjoyed it so much. its such a charming game. i was so amazed by how massive the world was and i imagine that it was even more impressive when it originally came out
@monkey im so glad that i watched peanut butter gamer AND that the remake came out for Wii U when i was a kid because those were great memories, its such a good game
