for the longest time i thought zen didn't support switching light/dark mode and i blamed it on the flatpak but turns out they just Didn't enable the auto theme in firefox lol
star wars day being may the 4th is bad enough but personally it's extra cringe because i remember an ad on cartoon network for a star wars series that began airing or something on may the 4th and the host says "May the force be with you on May the 4th, May the Fourth, May the Force? See what I did there?" and i hated it
@ipg also the fact that all you need to do is host the data store is really nice, thats genuinely how i thought fedi worked until i tried and realised it didn't (then abandoned it for 3 years)
@ipg being able to host everything now is cool, like when i first heard of bsky i thought it would be "you can host your own data, but we'll keep everything else locked down" but building a protocol + having a flagship appview, and now being able to host the entire stack is so so so cool
