@rose from my experience they're pretty okay in pd3!!! better than pd2 for sure but i havent played in many since i've got cousins who have the game too

@rose yeah i dont think you're able to do that in this case but like pd2 you can access the paid heists from friend invites (and i think pub lobbies?)

@rose i wouldn't pick it up now, but maybe a year down the line when they update it a lot more they'll probably do some sort of crazy sale and then i suggest you pick it up then

@rose initially it was pretty bad yeah but a lot of negative reviews were from the servers being down since they switched to a hosted server model rather than peer-to-peer from pd2.

i really like the game a lot but a lot of the newer heists are locked behind dlc (doesn't stop you from playing them in public lobbies but still) i really like the gameplay loop and they're updating it every few months with pretty nice changes, the latest was an overhaul of the armour system that adds a lot more customisation & a bunch of gameplay rebalances that makes the heists really really fun in loud & stealth
