@sneexy i think nobody talks about calyx because its just lineageOS with microG included and locked bootloader. from what i remember it was fine to use but microG was really annoying sometimes when notifs wouldnt be delivered because of some change google made. i think everyone just uses graphene because it works better (at least thats the reason i switched)
also graphene used to have a painful load time penalty for all of the stuff they do but its basically unnoticeable on current hardware
@sneexy you might need to try out a few custom roms with your banking apps btw, im running grapheneOS with no root or anything and my banking app still wont let me login for whatever reason. it thinks im rooted which im not. i think its specifically just my bank's app that does this too because the other bank im with doesn't care.
my dad's impressed with the HA Voice thing even if it's not perfect. we have a smart meter on gas and electricity that we were able to integrate very easily into HA and i exposed some of the entities and it was able to tell us without programming any custom intents, but then i exposed the "Cost of Gas today in Pounds" entity and it told me "You have spent money on {amount of gas} today" which was pretty funny. still it's very interesting how well it could manage to do that without any custom intents
